复元通络方联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型脑卒中恢复期患者的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Fuyuan Tongluo Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Patients Recovering from Strokeof Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的观察气虚血瘀型脑卒中恢复期患者应用复元通络方联合西药治疗的疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月我院收治的92例缺血性脑卒中(CIS)恢复期患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察给予以常规西药+复元通络方治疗,均连续治疗4周。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分积分、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分及全血黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度较对照组低,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组未见严重不良反应。结论在西药基础上,联合复元通络方治疗气虚血瘀型CIS恢复期患者可增强疗效,促进神经功能、运动功能恢复及血液循环,提高日常生活能力。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Fuyuan Tongluo Decoction combined with Western medicine on patients with stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type in the recovery period.Methods A total of 92 patients with ischemic stroke(CIS)in recovery period admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,on which basis the observation group was treated with Fuyuan Tongluo Decoction,and the treatment lasts for 4 weeks for both groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,neurological deficit score(NIHSS),whole blood viscosity(high shear,low shear)and plasma viscosity in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA)and Barthel index(BI)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reaction was found in both groups.Conclusion Fuyuan Tongluo Decoction combined with Western medicine can enhance the curative effect,promote the recovery of neurological function,motor function and blood circulation,and improve the ability of daily livingof patients with CIS of qi deficiency and blood stasis type at the recovery stage.
