阿托伐他汀钙片联合养血清脑颗粒对脑梗死恢复期患者认知功能及颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响分析

Effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets Combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granules on Cognitive Function and Carotid Intima-media Thickness in Patients with Cerebral Infarction During Convalescence

目的观察阿托伐他汀钙(ACT)联合养血清脑颗粒对脑梗死(CI)恢复期患者认知功能及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月于我院就诊的80例CI恢复期患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组均进行常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组接受ACT治疗,观察组接受ACT联合养血清脑颗粒治疗。比较两组疗效;于治疗前、治疗1个月,比较两组认知功能[简明精神状态检查量表(MMSE)]、IMT值及日常生活能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)]。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月,两组MMSE、MBI评分均显著高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月,两组IMT值显著低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ACT联合养血清脑颗粒应用于CI恢复期患者中,可提高患者认知功能,降低IMT值,改善患者日常生活能力。

Objective To observe the effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets(ACT)combined with Yangxue Qingnao granules on cognitive function and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)in patients with cerebral infarction(CI)during convalescence.Methods A total of 80 convalescent patients with CI who were treated in Jiangxi Fifth People’s Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,the control group received ACT treatment,and the observation group received ACT combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granules.The curative effects were compared between the two groups.The cognitive function[Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)],IMT value and daily living ability[Modified Barthel Index(MBI)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and 1 month after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantlyhigher than the 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the MMSE and MBI scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,andthe indexes in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the IMT values in both groups decreased significantly,and that in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ACT combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granules can improve cognitive function,reduce IMT value,and improve daily living ability of patients in the CI recovery period.
