摘要
我国幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的感染率高且耐药形势严峻,给临床实践中的Hp治疗带来了挑战。我们需要全程规范化的治疗以提高Hp根除率,降低感染率,避免耐药率的增加。文章将从根除前准确检测Hp、选择高效安全的治疗方案、治疗期间的加强教育及根除后的Hp感染预防这4方面进行重点介绍,以帮助临床医生更好的认识Hp感染治疗的规范化管理。
The prevalence of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection is high and the situation of antibiotics resistance is serious in China,which is a challenge for the treatment of Hp.Standardized treatment for Hp infection is needed to elevate the eradication rate,decrease the infection rate and avoid the increase of antibiotic resistance.In order to better help clinicians understand the standardized management of treatment for Hp,this article will focus on the following 4 aspects:accurate detection of Hp infection,selectefficient and safe regimens,enhancing education for patients during the treatment and preventing of Hp infection after eradication.
