“双减”背景下中小学作业设计与实施指南的实践初探——以长春市南关区为例 被引量:1

摘要 作业是学生学习活动不可或缺的重要部分,是落实课程目标的重要载体,对于发展学生学科核心素养发挥着至关重要的作用。多年来,中小学作业问题一直比较突出。然而,解决作业问题不仅需要从宏观层面进行政策调控,还需要从微观的实践层面破解技术难题。本文根据长春市南关区实际调研情况,聚焦《长春市南关区中小学作业设计与实施指南》,从厘清作业的功能定位,树立正确的作业理念,把握作业的基本要求,明确学校作业管理职责等方面,在作业设计与实施改进方面进行了一些实践探索,以建构作业新生态回应作业革命这个教育的重大时代命题。 Homework is an indispensable part of students’ learning activities and a vital carrier for implementing course objectives. It also plays an important role in developing students’ core literacy of disciplines.Over the years, the problem of homework in primary and secondary schools has always been prominent. However, in order to solve this problem, we require not only policy regulations at the macro level, but also technical skills at the micro practical level. Based on the investigation result and reality in Nanguan District of Changchun City, this paper focused on the "Homework Design and Implementation Guide in Primary and Middle Schools" and made some practical explorations in the design and improvement of homework from several aspects, including clarifying functional positions of homework, establishing correct homework concepts, grasping basic requirements of homework, and defining management responsibilities of school clearly. The purpose is to construct a new homework ecology to respond to the homework revolution, which can be considered as a major educational proposition of this era.
