红细胞寿命检测在新生儿高胆红素血症的临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨红细胞寿命检测在新生儿高胆红素血症的临床意义。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年7月在深圳市龙岗区人民医院收治的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿83例,分为:溶血组39例、非溶血(其它原因)44例,选取同一时期的55例健康新生儿作为对照组。对比三组胎龄、日龄、性别、TSB、TcB及红细胞寿命。结果:溶血组TSB、TcB及红细胞寿命分别为(264.44±65.85)天、(14.71±3.06)天、(76.10±16.54)天;非溶血组TSB、TcB及红细胞寿命分别为(237.05±53.85)天、(12.44±2.70)天、(86.00±19.97)天;黄疸组(溶血组+非溶血组)TSB、TcB及红细胞寿命分别为(249.92±60.99)天、(13.51±3.08)天、(81.35±18.99)天;对照组TSB、TcB及红细胞寿命分别为(231.70±42.60)天、(9.62±3.62)天、(110.60±26.26)天,组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合TSB、TcB及红细胞寿命对新生儿黄疸病情具有较高评估价值。 Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of red blood cell survival span detection in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:A total of 83 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Longgang District People’s Hospital of Shenzhen from October 2020 to July 2022 were selected.There were 39 cases in hemolysis group,44 cases in non-hemolysis group,and 55 healthy newborns in the same period were selected as control group.Gestational age,day of age,sex,TSB,TcB and red blood cell survival of the three groups were compared.Results:TSB,TcB and red blood cell survival in hemolysis group were(264.44±65.85)d,(14.71±3.06)d and(76.10±16.54)d,respectively.TSB,TcB and red blood cell survival of non-hemolysis group were(237.05±53.85)d,(12.44±2.70)d and(86.00±19.97)d,respectively.TSB,TcB and red blood cell survival of jaundice group(hemolysis group+non-hemolysis group)were(249.92±60.99)d,(13.51±3.08)d and(81.35±18.99)d,respectively.In control group,TSB,TcB and red blood cell survival were(231.70±42.60)d,(9.62±3.62)d and(110.60±26.26)d,respectively,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of TSB,TcB and red blood cell survival is of high value in the evaluation of neonatal jaundice.
