透明预成冠与光固化复合树脂修复用于乳前牙修复的美学价值比较

Comparison of Aesthetic Value of Transparent Prefabricated Crown and Light-Cured Composite Resin on Restoration of Deciduous Anterior Teeth

目的:对比分析透明预成冠与光固化复合树脂在乳前牙修复中的美学价值。方法:选取2018年2月—2019年5月潮州市中心医院口腔科收治的行乳前牙修复的患儿60例为研究对象(患牙60颗),随机均分为对照组30例(患牙30颗)与观察组各30例(患牙30颗)。对照组采用光固化复合树脂进行修复,观察组采用前牙透明预成冠进行修复。对比两组修复疗效、美学价值,并于修复12个月后依据美国公共卫生署USPHS修复体临床评价标准对患儿的前乳牙修复效果进行评价。结果:观察组患儿牙体临床疗效总有效率为96.66%,高于对照组的76.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿前牙修复体的红白美学指标、面部美学指标评分、家属满意度视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿牙体修复12个月、24个月后的磨耗情况、修复状况、牙体完整性、边缘密合性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于光固化复合树脂,采用透明预成冠进行乳前牙修复可提高临床疗效及美学价值,且远期效果更佳。

Objective:To compare and analyze the aesthetic value of transparent prefabricated crown and light-cured composite resin on restoration of deciduous anterior teeth.Methods:60 children(60 affected teeth)who came to department of stomatology of Chaozhou Central Hospital for deciduous anterior teeth restoration were selected between February 2018 and May 2019 and were randomly divided into control group(30 cases,30 affected teeth)and observation group(30 cases,30 affected teeth).The control group was restored with light-cured composite resin,and the observation group was restored with transparent prefabricated crown of anterior teeth.The restoration efficacy and aesthetic value were compared between the two groups.According to the United States Public Health Service(USPHS)restoration clinical evaluation criteria,the restoration effect of the anterior deciduous teeth of children was evaluated after 12 months of restoration.Results:The total effective rate of dental clinical efficacy in observation group(96.66%)was higher than that in control group(76.66%)(P<0.05).The pink and white aesthetic index,facial aesthetic index and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score of family satisfaction in observation group were higher compared with those in control group(P<0.05).After 12 months and 24 months of dental restoration,the wear,restoration condition,tooth integrity and marginal fitness were better in observation group compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with light-cured composite resin,transparent prefabricated crown for the restoration of deciduous anterior teeth can better enhance the clinical efficacy and aesthetic value,and it has better long-term effect.
