摘要
目的:探究ROS酪氨酸激酶在肝内胆管细胞癌(ICC)组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法:取2018年9月至2021年5月之间的40例ICC患者的病理标本开展检测研究,对病理标本做免疫组化检验,分析各组织ROS表达情况,并分析患者各项临床指标与ROS表达的相关性,对比癌组织和癌旁组织中ROS的阳性表达差异性。结果:40例ICC患者,癌组织ROS阳性表达19例,占47.50%,癌旁组织ROS阳性表达1例,占2.50%,ICC患者癌组织ROS阳性表达率高于癌旁组织ROS阳性表达率(P<0.05);ROS表达阳性与阴性患者在年龄、性别、肿瘤组织大小、分化程度指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),ROS阳性者在TNM分期Ⅲ期占比高于ROS阴性,ROS阳性者淋巴结转移率高于ROS阴性者,对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICC的发生发展过程可能有ROS的参与,ROS的阳性表达与组织侵袭有关,应当重视其在ICC预后中的作用。
Objective:To investigate the expression of ROS tyrosine kinase in intrahepatic bile duct cell carcinoma(ICC)and its clinical significance.Methods:The pathological samples of 40 ICC patients from September 2018 to May 2021 were tested.Immunohistochemical tests were performed on the pathological samples to analyze the ROS expression in each tissue and the correlation between various clinical indicators and ROS expression in the patients.The differences of positive ROS expression in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared.Results:Among the 40 ICC patients,ROS positive expression was found in 19 cases(47.50%)in cancer tissues and in 1 case(2.50%)in paracancer tissues.The ROS positive expression rate of ICC patients was higher than that of paracancer tissues(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,tumor tissue size and degree of differentiation between ROS positive and negative patients(P>0.05).The proportion of ROS positive patients in TNM stageⅢwas higher than that of ROS negative patients,and the lymph node metastasis rate of ROS positive patients was higher than that of ROS negative patients,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:ROS may be involved in the occurrence and development of ICC,and the positive expression of ROS is related to tissue invasion.Attention should be paid to its role in the prognosis of ICC.
