摘要
银屑病是一种由免疫介导的多基因调控的慢性炎症性疾病,影响世界约2%的人口。在过去的几十年中,紫外线光疗已被广泛用于治疗稳定的银屑病病变。本文综述了紫外线光疗历史,总结了中波紫外线、补骨脂素光化学疗法、长波紫外线、发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)紫外线、308nm准分子激光及准分子光、体外光化学疗法、气候疗法和格克曼疗法的治疗机制和临床疗效的现状及新进展,同时展望了银屑病紫外线光疗的前景。
Psoriasis is a polygenes regulated and immune-mediated chronic inflammatory disease,which affects about 2%of the worlds population.Over the past few decades,UV-based phototherapy has been widely used in the treatment of stable psoriatic lesions.This article will review the history of ultraviolet phototherapy,summarize the current status and indicate new progress of clinical efficacy and mechanism of UVB,psoralen photochemotherapy,UVA,LED UV,308 excimer laser,308 excimer light,extracorporeal photochemotherapy,climatotherapy and Goeckerman therapy.Meantime,this article looks forward to the prospect of ultraviolet phototherapy for psoriasis.
