摘要
随着人口老龄化、免疫抑制人群增多和既往致命性疾病患者生存率的提高,毛霉菌病的发病率逐渐上升。全球范围内毛霉菌病负担较重,但我们对其认知较少。本文总结毛霉菌病的流行现状、易感因素、发病机制以及临床特点,重点关注新诊断及治疗策略,辅助临床及时识别并有效控制毛霉菌病的进展。
The incidence of mucormycosis has gradually increased with the aging population,the increase in the immunosuppressed population,and improved survival of patients with a previously fatal disease.The global burden of mucormycosis is high,and there is limited understanding of this disease.In this paper,the prevalence,susceptible factors,pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of mucormycosis are summarized,especially new diagnosis and treatment strategies,so as to assist timely detection and effective control of mucormycosis.
