The Connotation of Spinal Method and Its Application in Ancient and Modern Times

[目的]研究脊椎法的内核以及古今临床应用。[方法]通过对古代医家论著的梳理,分析脊椎法的含义及与经脉腧穴的渊源,总结古今医家诊治脊柱及脊旁疾病的经验,探讨脊柱段阳性反应点诊疗法的价值。[结果]脊椎法是对脊柱段进行诊察的方法,源于督脉理论,与夹脊穴、背俞穴联系密切。在古代医家的临床实践中,脊椎法主要用于定位腧穴、反映病候和治疗疾病三个方面。后世医家在此基础上,总结出基于经络穴位学说论治脊源性疾病的临床经验,应用于脊柱脊周、头面五官、脑和神志以及脏腑相关病等方面。[结论]脊椎法是针灸理论联系实践的重要方法,对其内涵和应用概况进行研究,能够为脊源性疾病的诊断和治疗提供新的思路和依据。

[Objective]To study the core of spinal method and its clinical application in ancient and modern times.[Methods]By sorting out the works of ancient physicians,this article analyzes the meaning of spinal method and its origin with meridians and acupoints,summarizes the experience of ancient and modern physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal and paraspinal diseases,and discusses the value of diagnosis and treatment of spinal positive reaction points.[Results]Spinal method is the method of examining the spine,it is originated from the theory of Governor vessel and is closely related to spine points and back-shu points.In the clinical practice of ancient physicians,the role of spinal method is mainly reflected in positioning acupoints,reflecting symptoms and treating diseases.On this basis,physicians of later generations summed up the clinical experience of treating spine-origin diseases with meridian and acupoint theory,which was applied to the spinal diseases,head and face diseases,brain and mental diseases and viscera-related diseases and so on.[Conclusion]Spinal method is an important method of combining the theory and practice of acupuncture and moxibustion.The research on its connotation and application should provide a new idea and basis for the diagnosis and treatment of spine-origin diseases.
