Presently,changes in the world and history are unfolding unprecedentedly.Under the combined impact of a pandemic,the major-country rivalry between the United States and China,and the Ukraine crisis,the international pattern and the world order have entered a period of great divergence,great turbulence,and great adjustment.The world has entered an era of fierce competition.There is competition between major powers over alliance partners around differences in systems,values,and ideologies and competition fordevelopment resources around important access to key minerals and other industries.There are disputes over geopolitical fulcrums of strategic routes such as shipping lanes and ports,as well as over the pace of development,such as COVID-19 recovery,guarantee of supplies,and emerging technologies.
