经颅磁电刺激治疗成人弱视临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of transcranial magnetoelectric stimulation (TMS) in the treatment of adult amblyopia

查阅相关文献,从提高对比敏感度、视力、轮廓整合和辨别能力等视觉功能以及感知觉训练效果几个方面对经颅磁电刺激治疗成人弱视的临床研究进行概述,为临床治疗成人弱视提供参考。目前,经颅磁电刺激在成人弱视治疗中的应用相对较少,经颅磁电刺激治疗成人弱视的最佳治疗方案尚无统一定论,今后需进行大量研究,以明确最佳治疗参数,制定最佳治疗方案。

This study reviewed relevant literature to summarize clinical research on the treatment of adult amblyopia with transcranial magnetoelectric stimulation(TMS) from aspects of improving visual functions such as contrast sensitivity, vision, contour integration, and discrimination ability, as well as the effect of sensory perception training, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of adult amblyopia.At present, the application of transcranial magnetoelectric stimulation in the treatment of adult amblyopia is relatively limited, and there is no consensus on the optimal treatment plan for transcranial magnetoelectric stimulation in the treatment of adult amblyopia.In the future, a large number of studies need to be conducted to determine the optimal treatment parameters and formulate the optimal treatment plan.
