面向“两性一度”“金课”标准的中药药理学教学改革与评价

Teaching reform and evaluation of pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine basing on “golden course”criteria

中药药理学是连接传统医药与现代医药的桥梁学科,也是中医药传承与创新发展的重要支撑学科,其教学改革关乎高素质人才培养和中医药事业高质量发展。针对中药药理学专业知识的特点,基于“两性一度”“金课”建设标准,优化重组教学内容,综合改进教学方法,全面改变评价方式,通过翻转课堂从形式到内容、从理论到实践、从过程学习到效果反馈等全面改革。在甘肃中医药大学中药学专业2019级学生中推广实践,学生对课程学习的参与度和积极性明显提高,课程教学目标总体达成度良好,课堂效果明显好转。与2018级相比,2019级学生期末考试不及格率从20.5%降至2.3%;期末平均成绩增至78.5分,增加了22.0%;课程综合平均成绩增至82.0分,增加了15.0%;除成绩变化明显以外,学生学习的“软实力”明显增强。

Pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine is a bridge discipline connecting traditional medicine and modern medicine, as well as an important supporting discipline for the inheritance and innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine.Its teaching reform is related to the cultivation of high-quality talents and innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the characteristics of the professional knowledge of pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine and following “golden course”criteria—advancement, innovation and challenging, teachers should optimize and reorganize the teaching content, comprehensively improve the teaching metho-ds, and change the evaluation methods;by flipping the classroom, change the focus from form to content, from theory to practice, and from process learning to effect feedback.By such teaching reform and practice, the study found that the students of Grade 2019 majoring in Chinese pharmacy in Gansu University of Chinese Medicine showed a signi-ficant improvement in their participation and enthusiasm in the course learning, and the teaching objectives of the course have been mostly achieved.The teaching effect has significantly improved.Compared with Grade 2018,the failure rate of students in Grade 2019 in the final exam decreased from 20.5% to 2.3%;The final average score increased to 78.5 points, an increase of 22.0%;the overall average score of the course increased to 82.0 points, an increase of 15.0%;in addition to significant changes in performance, students' “soft power” in learning has significantly enhanced.
