中医药在俄罗斯发展的现状及其促进举措

The current situation and promoting measures of traditional Chinese medicine in Russia

阐述了中医药在俄罗斯发展的历史溯源及其在俄罗斯医疗法律体系中的现状和所面临的困境与挑战,从政府对中医药的推广缺乏正确引导、西方科学家和医生对中医药的盲目排斥及政府行政部门的不合理行动使中医药的推广受挫等方面分析了限制中医药在俄罗斯发展的因素,并提出通过在俄罗斯普及中医药知识,加强俄罗斯与中国、印度以及其他上海合作组织和金砖国家的双边关系,提高俄罗斯卫生部领导层有关专家对中医药的认识及重视“一带一路”倡议等举措促进中医药在俄罗斯的发展,从而为中医药在俄罗斯得到合理、合法的发展提供帮助。

This article elaborates on the historical origins of the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in Russia, as well as the current situation and challenges it faces in the Russian medical legal system.It analyzes the factors that restrict the development of TCM in Russia, including the lack of effective guidance from the government, blind rejection by scientists and doctors, and unreasonable hindering actions by the agencies.It also proposed measures to promote TCM in Russia, such as popularizing the knowledge of TCM,strengthening bilateral relations between Russia and China, India, as well as other Shanghai Cooperation Organization and BRICS countries, improving the understanding of relevant experts in the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Health to TCM,and attaching importance to the “the Belt and Road”initiative, so as to promote the rational and legitimate development of TCM in Russia.
