某院微信公众号预约病案复印的回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Appointment Copying of Medical Records by WeChat Public Account in a Hospital

目的通过对某院微信公众号预约病案复印服务运行情况进行分析,为提高病案复印工作管理水平提供依据。方法以某院2021年10月1日-2022年3月31日病案复印统计报表数据及同期665份微信公众号预约病案复印申请单资料作为研究对象,采用Excel表格整理分析微信公众号病案复印人次、取件方式、首次申请审核通过率、驳回原因分布情况。结果微信公众号病案复印占总复印人次的比例逐月提高,平均占比17.06%;取件方式以自取为主,占比91.13%;首次申请审核通过率76.99%;驳回原因以身份证照片不符合要求和申请单填写不准确为主,分别占66.01%和25.39%。结论微信公众号预约病案复印服务正逐渐被患方接受,但总体占比依然较低;取件方式以来院自取为主,未能发挥微信公众号预约病案复印的优势;首次申请审核通过率低,影响申请方和工作人员使用体验。医院应根据以上问题,制定对策,推动微信公众号预约病案复印工作高效、合理、持续运转。

Objectives This study aims to provide the basis for further improving the management level of medical record copying by analyzing the running status of appointment medical record copying service on WeChat official account in a hospital.Methods The statistical report data of medical record copying in a hospital from October 1,2021 to March 31,2022 and 665 medical record copying application forms of WeChat official account in the same period were taken as the research objects.The distribution of medical record copying times,picking-up methods,first application approval rate and rejection reasons of WeChat official account were analyzed by Excel.Results The proportion of WeChat medical record copying in the total number of copies in WeChat official account increased month by month,with an average of 17.06%.The pick-up method was mainly self-pickup,accounting for 91.13%.The average pass rate of the first application review was 76.99%.The main reasons for refusal were that the photo of the ID card did not meet the requirements and the application form was not filled in accurately,accounting for 66.01%and 25.39%respectively.Conclusions WeChat public account booking medical record copying service is being gradually accepted by patients,but the overall proportion is still low.The pick-up method is mainly self-pickup from the hospital,which fails to take advantage of the WeChat official account to make an appointment to copy medical records.The approval rate of the first application is low,which affects the user experience of the applicant and the staff.Hospitals should formulate countermeasures based on the above problems to promote the efficient,reasonable and continuous operation of WeChat public account appointment medical record copying.
