ICD-11内分泌、营养和代谢疾病的分类结构及编码规则解析

摘要 为了更好的帮助卫生信息工作者了解ICD-11不同章节的分类结构和编码规则,使其掌握ICD-11核心编码技能,着重从章节结构、修订原则、重要概念与编码规则3个方面详细介绍ICD-11第5章。相比于ICD-11其他章节,ICD-11第5章整体变化不大。糖尿病节的编码结构和编码规则均发生改变,应着重学习掌握;应掌握垂体功能性肿瘤编码规则;代谢紊乱节在ICD-11中是病因学为基础进行修订,包含许多疑难罕见病。ICD-11基础架构及分类知识的学习是进一步掌握各章节分类结构、编码规则,进而灵活使用ICD-11的必要条件,所以学习本章应从ICD-11整体架构开始,在深入了解不同疾病的发病机理后,深刻掌握不同疾病的分类及编码规则。 In order to better help health information workers understand the classification structure and coding rules of different chapters of ICD-11,so that they can master the core coding skills of ICD-11,this study will focus on three aspects:chapter structure,revision principles,important concepts,and coding rules of ICD-11 Chapter 5.Compared with other chapters of ICD-11,Chapter 5 of ICD-11 has not changed much overall.The coding structure and coding rules of the diabetes section have changed,which should be learned and mastered.The coding rules of functional pituitary tumors should be mastered.The section on metabolic disorders in ICD-11 is revised based on etiology,including many difficult and rare diseases.The study of ICD-11 basic structure and classification knowledge is a necessary condition for further mastering the classification structure and coding rules of each chapter,and then using ICD-11 flexibly.Therefore,the study of this chapter should start from the overall structure of ICD-11.After an in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis of different diseases,we should have a deep grasp of the classification and coding rules of different diseases.
