2017年-2021年某院眼科出院患者手术谱分析

Analysis of Surgical Spectrum of Patients Discharged from the Ophthalmology Department of a Certain Hospital from 2017 to 2021

目的分析某院眼科手术谱变化情况,促进眼科医疗质量的提高。方法对某院2017年1月1日-2021年12月31日期间出院的眼科病例数据进行回顾性统计分析。结果眼科出院患者手术占比呈上升趋势,5年间手术谱基本保持不变。白内障手术构成比在5年间呈增加趋势。前7位手术患者数女性多于男性,性别比为1.24:1。白内障晶状体乳化和抽吸、人工晶体置入60岁~79岁最多,眼外肌手术0岁~19岁最多。在8月份白内障晶状体乳化和抽吸、人工晶体置入较少,眼外肌手术最多。结论医院应加强对女性老龄白内障患者的研究,合理分配手术资源保证夏季儿童眼外肌手术的高效开展,同时重点关注玻璃体切除等主要手术方式,提高诊治水平。

Objectives This study aims to analyze the changes in the spectrum of ophthalmic surgery in a certain hospital and to promote the improvement of the quality of ophthalmic medical care.Methods A retrospective statistical analysis was performed on the discharged ophthalmology case data of a hospital from January 1,2017 to December 31,2021.Results The proportion of discharged ophthalmology patients undergoing surgery was on the rise,and the surgical spectrum remained basically unchanged over the past five years.There were more female patients than male patients in the top seven surgeries,with a sex ratio of 1.24:1.Cataract,phacoemulsification and aspiration,and intraocular lens implantation were most common among 60-79 years old,and extraocular muscle surgery was most common among 0-19 years old.In August,cataracts,phacoemulsification and aspiration,and intraocular lens placement were less,and extraocular muscle surgery was the most.Conclusions Hospitals should strengthen research on female elderly cataract patients,rationally allocate surgical resources to ensure efficient extraocular muscle surgery for children in summer,and focus on major surgical methods such as vitrectomy to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
