130例黏液纤维肉瘤形态学编码分析

Morphological Coding Analysis of 130 Cases of Myxofibrosarcoma

目的分析某医院近8年来黏液纤维肉瘤的形态学编码情况,总结容易与之混淆的病理类型及相应的形态学编码。方法检索2014年1月1日-2021年12月31日肿瘤ICD-O形态学编码为8811/3的住院病案首页,核查病理报告及住院病案首页病理诊断的ICD-O形态学编码,分析编码情况。结果2014年至2021年住院病案首页病理诊断编码为8810/3共130例,其中110例(84.6%)确诊为黏液纤维肉瘤;20例(15.4%)为非黏液纤维肉瘤错编码至8811/3,其中低度恶性纤维黏液样肉瘤(8840/3)15例、黏液炎症性纤维母细胞肉瘤(8811/1)2例、肉瘤样癌(8033/3)1例、多形性横纹肌肉瘤(8901/3)1例、黏液样脂肪肉瘤(8852/3)1例。结论黏液纤维肉瘤与多种含黏液成分的肉瘤应认真鉴别,并及时更新肿瘤的形态学编码,保证肿瘤形态学编码准确。

Objectives To analyze the morphological coding of myxofibrosarcoma in a hospital in recent 8 years,and summarize several easily confused pathological types and corresponding morphological coding.Methods The front page of inpatient medical records with tumor ICD-O morphological code of 8811/3 from January 1st,2014 to December 31st,2021 was searched.Check the pathological reports and the ICD-O codes of pathological diagnosis on the front page,and analyze the morphological codes.Results From 2014 to 2021,the pathological diagnosis code on the front page of medical records was 8810/3,a total of 130 cases,of which 110 cases(84.6%)were myxofibrosarcoma;20 cases(15.4%)were not myxofibrosarcoma,wrongly coded to 8811/3,including 15 cases of low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma(8840/3),2 cases of myxoinflammatory fibroblastic sarcoma(8811/1),1 case of sarcomatoid carcinoma(8033/3),1 case of pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma(8901/3)and 1 case of myxoid liposarcoma(8852/3).Conclusions Myxofibrosarcoma should be carefully distinguished from a variety of sarcomas containing mucus components,and the morphological code of the tumor should be updated in time to ensure the accuracy of the morphological code of the tumor.
