Study on Hospitalization Expenses and Influencing Factors of 9567 Breast Cancer Patients

目的研究乳腺癌患者住院费用的影响因素,为减轻疾病负担提供参考依据。方法对北京市44家医院出院日期为2019年1月1日-2019年12月31日乳腺癌患者的住院费用进行研究,采用决策树、神经网络和支持向量机对住院费用的影响因素进行分析。结果乳腺癌患者住院费用以药品费为主(38.51%);非参数检验结果显示性别、年龄、支付类型、医院级别、医院类型、住院天数、是否手术、药占比、是否使用中药均和住院费用之间有统计学差异(P<0.05);决策树CART算法的线性相关系数最高(0.675),主要影响因素为住院天数、是否手术、支付类型(变量重要性分别为0.9648、0.0162和0.0050)。结论合理减少住院天数,选择合适的治疗方式,做好早发现、早诊断、早治疗工作,可有效减少乳腺癌患者的住院费用。

Objectives To study the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses in breast cancer patients,and provide reference for reducing disease burden.Methods To study the hospitalization expenses of breast cancer inpatients in 44 hospitals in Beijing with discharge dates from January 1st,2019 to December 31st,2019,and use decision tree,neural network and support vector machine to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses.Results The hospitalization expenses of breast cancer patients were mainly drug expenses(38.51%);the nonparametric test results showed that gender,age,payment type,hospital level,hospital type,length of stay,surgery,drug proportion,use of traditional Chinese medicine and hospitalization expenses There was a statistical difference between them(P<0.05);the decision tree(CART)had the highest Linear correlation coefficient(0.675),and the main influencing factors were the length of hospital stay,whether or not surgery,and the type of payment(variable importance was 0.9648,0.0162,and 0.0050,respectively).Conclusions Reasonable reduction of hospitalization days,selection of appropriate treatment methods,and early detection,early diagnosis,and early treatment could effectively reduce the hospitalization costs of breast cancer patients.
