“互联网+教育”在住院医师呼吸机培训中的作用

The Role of“Internet plus Education”in Ventilator Training for Residents

摘要 目的评价“互联网+教育”模式较传统培训模式,在住院医师呼吸机培训中的优点及不足,为提高培训效果提供参考依据。方法以参加首都医科大学某医院呼吸机培训班的住院医师为观察对象,分为2020年对照组21人及2021年实验组22人。对照组采用传统培训方法,实验组采用“互联网+教育”模式。两组住院医师培训后进行考试和问卷调查,采用独立样本t检验,比较两组住院医师的培训效果及对培训方式的认可程度。结果对照组与实验组住院医师呼吸机操作知识考试成绩分别为80.0±9.1分和85.8±7.9分,实验组的成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组与实验组住院医师呼吸机理论知识成绩分别为82.5±7.5分和85.9±7.4分,两组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。实验组77.3%的住院医师认为“互联网+教育”模式提高了住院医师的呼吸机操作技能,86.4%认同“互联网+教育”模式,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+教育”模式有助于住院医师提升呼吸机操作技能,但对理论知识的提升无明显改善。 Objectives To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the"Internet plus Education"model in ventilator training for residents compared with traditional training mode,and provide reference for improving the training effect.Methods Residents who participated in ventilator training in a hospital of Capital Medical University were divided into control group(21 patients)in 2020 and experimental group(22 patients)in 2021.The control group adopted traditional training methods,and the experimental group adopted"Internet plus Education"mode.After the training,the two groups of residents were tested and questionnaire survey was conducted.The independent sample T-test was used to compare the training effect of the two groups of residents and their recognition of the training method.Results The test scores of ventilators operation knowledge of residents in the control group and the experimental group were 80.0±9.1 and 85.8±7.9,respectively.The experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge scores of ventilators in the control group and the experimental group were 82.5±7.5 and 85.9±7.4,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Among the residents in the experimental group,77.3%believed that the"Internet plus Education"mode improved the ventilator operation skills of the residents,and 86.4%agreed with the"Internet plus Education"mode,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions"Internet plus Education"model could help residents improve their ventilator operation skills,but had no significant improvement in theoretical knowledge.
