摘要
目的对比传统教学和线上线下结合教学在乳腺外科住院医师培养中的效果,探索线上教育在乳腺疾病教学中的应用价值。方法某院乳腺外科开发设置线上教学单元和考核流程,结合线下内容开发线上线下结合的教学方法,选取2020年9月1日-2021年3月31日间参加规培的44名住院医师为观察组,并回顾性采集2019年6月1日-2019年12月31日间规培的47名住院医师为对照组,采集两组出科考核成绩并分别发放调查问卷,收集两组对课程设置、本人知识学习和本人研究能力提升的评价。结果线上线下结合组在理论考核和病例思辨部分分别为43.30分和15.68分,高于传统教学组41.50分和15.23分,但不具有统计学差异。体格检查考核中,线上线下结合组平均分24.90分,低于传统教学组26.09分;线上线下结合组平均总成绩为83.89±7.81分,传统教学组平均成绩则为82.82±5.87分,亦未构成显著差异。两组住院医师对课程设置、本人知识掌握和本人研究能力提升平均打分超过8分(满分10分)。结论线上线下结合教学在乳腺外科住院医师培训中与传统教学相似成绩,并且住院医师均对课程设置较为满意,线上线下结合教学可作为可持续发展的模式继续应用。
Objectives By comparing the effect of traditional teaching and the combination of online and offline teaching in the training of resident physicians in breast surgery,the application value of online education in the teaching of breast diseases was explored.Methods A hospital of breast surgery developed online teaching units and assessment procedures,and developed online and offline teaching methods combined with offline content.44residents who participated in the training during September 1st,2020 to March 31st,2021 were selected as the observation group.The 47 resident physicians trained during June 1st,2019 to December 31st,2019 were retrospectively collected as the control group.The scores of the two groups were collected and questionnaires were issued respectively.The evaluation of the two groups on the curriculum,knowledge learning and research ability improvement were collected.Results The scores of theoretical examination and case speculation in the online-offline group were 43.30 and 15.68,respectively,higher than those in the traditional teaching group(41.50 and 15.23),but there was no statistical difference.In physical examination,the average score of the online-offline group was 24.90 points,lower than that of the traditional teaching group,which was 26.09 points.The average total score of the online-offline combination group was 83.89±7.81 points,and that of the traditional teaching group was 82.82±5.87 points,which did not constitute a significant difference.The average scores of the residents in the two groups were more than 8 points(out of 10)for the curriculum,knowledge mastery and research ability improvement.Conclusions The results of the combination of online and offline teaching in the training of breast surgery residents were similar to the traditional teaching,and the residents were satisfied with the curriculum.The combination of online and offline teaching could be used as a sustainable development model.
