摘要 目的评价Bloom目标教学理论结合Mini-CEX教学法在呼吸内科专业住院医师规范化培训中的作用,以提高住培医师的理论及实践能力。方法选取2020年9月1日至2021年9月1日85名在某院呼吸内科进行为期2个月规培的住院医师作为研究对象,随机分为实验组43人及对照组42人。对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组在传统教学基础上采用Bloom目标教学理论结合Mini-CEX教学方法。所有住培医师入科和出科均采用Mini-CEX量表进行测评,并通过理论考核、实践技能考核和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果实验组出科时Mini-CEX量表各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。出科时理论成绩和技能考核成绩实验组均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除此之外,实验组住院医师及带教老师对教学过程及考核成绩的满意度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Bloom目标教学理论结合Mini-CEX教学法有利于提高呼吸内科住培医师的理论及实践能力。 Objectives To evaluate the effect of Bloom target teaching theory combined with mini clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in the standardized training of residents in respiratory department,in order to improve the theoretical and practical ability of residents in respiratory department.Methods 85 residents who were trained in the respiratory department of hospital for two months from September 1st,2020 to September 1st,2021 were selected as participants,and were randomly divided into test group and control group.The control group adopt traditional teaching method,and the test group adopt Bloom target teaching theory combined with mini-CEX on the basis of traditional teaching.The mini-CEX scale was used for evaluation at the time of admission and the end of training in respiratory department.The teaching effect was evaluated through theoretical examination,practical skill examination and questionnaire survey.Results The scores of mini CEX in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The theoretical scores and skill examination scores of the test group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction scores of residents and teachers in the test group on the teaching process and examination results were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bloom target teaching theory combined with mini-CEX teaching method was effective to improve the theoretical and practical ability of residents in respiratory department.
