医学研究生职业倦怠情况的研究

Investigation on Occupational Burnout of Medical Graduate

目的了解医学研究生职业倦怠情况,为培养医学研究生提供参考。方法于2021年12月15日至2021年12月31日,以北京市某三甲医院186名全日制医学研究生为调查对象,借助问卷星平台、发放调查问卷形式进行调查,采用自填式问卷调查法进行调查,收集个人基本情况、职业认同感、职业忠诚度相关资料,采用《Maslach职业倦怠量表》评估职业倦怠情况。结果共有186名医学研究生接受调查,29.0%(54/186)为毕业年级研究生。毕业年级研究生和非毕业年级研究生临床科研受到影响人数占比[81.48%(44/54)vs 86.36%(114/132)],临床就业受到影响人数占比[81.48%(44/54)vs 59.1%(78/132)],认为医师职业获得社会认可与尊重(职业认同感)人数占比[55.5%(30/54)vs 75.7%(100/132)],中重度职业疲倦人数占比(40.74%vs 24.24%)等方面差异有统计学意义(均P<0.02)。两组研究生在希望子女成为医师(职业忠诚度)人数占比(62.96%vs75.76%)相近,差异无统计学意义。结论与非毕业年级研究生相比,毕业年级研究生职业认同感比例较低,面临毕业和临床就业的双重压力,中重度职业疲倦检出率更高。建议加强对毕业班研究生全方位管理,及时引导干预。

Objectives To understand the occupational burnout of medical graduates,and to provide a reference for the training of medical graduates.Methods From December 15th,2021 to December 31st,2021,186 full-time medical graduate students from a Three-A Hospital in Beijing were surveyed.Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey(MBI-GS)was used to investigate the status quo of occupational burnout.The data of basic personal information,professional identity,professional loyalty was also collected.The questionnaire survey was conducted by using the self-filling questionnaire based on Sojump or sending questionnaires.Results A total of 186 medical graduate students were finally included.Of which 29.0%(54/186)were graduate students.Compared with non-graduating students,there were significant differences in clinical research[81.48%(44/54)vs 86.36%(114/132)],clinical employment[81.48%(44/54)vs 59.1%(78/132)],gained social recognition and respect(professional identity)[55.5%(30/54)vs 75.7%(100/132)],and the proportion of moderate to severe occupational burnout(40.74%vs 24.24%)among graduate students(all P<0.02).The difference of professional loyalty between the two groups(62.96%vs 75.76%)was not statistically significant.Conclusions Compared with non-graduating students,graduate students had lower professional identity and were more likely to have a higher rate of moderate to severe occupational burnout.The comprehensive management of graduate students in the graduating class should be strengthened timely.
