摘要
创伤性关节炎是最常见和最典型的继发性关节炎。目前多项体外及体内实验研究证明,骨膜蛋白在损伤后软骨基质中的表达增加,并导致创伤性关节炎的发展和进展。骨膜蛋白可以与软骨细胞外基质相互作用,作为多条信号通路的上游因子影响软骨细胞外基质的代谢。与原发性骨关节炎相比,创伤性关节炎的性质和时间通常是已知的,因此提供了一个独特的窗口,对疾病进行干预。但目前手术治疗并未降低创伤性关节炎的发病率。因此通过对骨膜蛋白在创伤性关节炎发生发展中的作用机制深入研究,有助于为创伤性关节炎的治疗提供新的方法。
Posttraumatic arthritis is the most common and typical secondary arthritis.A number of experimental studies in vitro and in vivo have demonstrated that the expression of periostin in the cartilage matrix after injury increases and leads to the development and progression of posttraumatic arthritis.The periostin interacts with the extracellular matrix of chondrocytes as upstream factors of multiple signaling pathways to affect the metabolism of the extracellular matrix of chondrocytes.In contrast to primary osteoarthritis,the nature and timing of posttraumatic arthritis are often known,and thus provide a unique window for intervention in the disease.However,surgical treatment has not reduced the incidence of traumatic arthritis.Therefore,in-depth researches on the mechanism of periostin playing in the occurrence and development of posttraumatic arthritis might be helpful to provide a new approach for the treatment of posttraumatic arthritis.
