To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus combined with acute respiratory distress syndrome.The key points of care included:noninvasive mechanical ventilation and transnasal high-flow oxygen therapy combined with prone ventilation to improve hypoxemia,prevention of nosocomial infections in immunodeficient patients,integrated progressive early rehabilitation exercises,psychological intervention to alleviate negative emotions.After 19 days of treatment and care,the patient improved and was transferred to the rheumatology department for continued treatment.
