酒依赖患者时间洞察力与抑郁的相关性分析

Correlation analysis between time perspective and depression in patients with alcohol dependence

目的 探讨酒依赖(alcohol dependence, AD)患者时间洞察力(time perspective, TP)与抑郁的相关性。方法 选取2020年6-12月杭州市第七人民医院收治的住院和门诊AD患者239例。采用一般资料调查表、TP问卷、抑郁自评量表对AD患者进行调查,分析AD患者TP与抑郁的相关性。结果 239例AD患者中,抑郁患者127例,抑郁发生率为53.1%。AD抑郁患者在TP各维度“过去积极、过去消极、现在宿命、现在冲动和未来”的得分比非抑郁患者高[(25.7±3.3)分比(15.4±2.7)分,(28.9±3.5)分比(17.4±2.5)分,(13.2±1.6)分比(9.0±1.3)分,(17.2±2.6)分比(11.1±2.1)分,(22.2±3.6)分比(18.1±3.2)分],差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。抑郁与“现在宿命”(r=0.636, P <0.05)和“现在冲动”(r=0.654,P <0.05)呈正相关,与“过去积极”(r=-0.600, P <0.05)和“未来”(r=-0.620,P <0.05)呈负相关。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,饮酒时间越长(> 10年)的患者更容易抑郁(OR=1.689,95%CI:1.063~2.879, P <0.001)。结论 医护人员应重视AD患者TP与抑郁的关联,及时对其进行心理及药物干预,缓解其心理负担,并减少酒精成瘾行为发生的可能性。

Objective To explore the correlation between time perspective and depression in patients with alcohol dependence.Methods A total of 239 inpatients and outpatients with alcohol dependence admitted to Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital from June to December 2020 were selected.General data questionnaire,time perspective questionnaire and depression self-rating scale were used to investigate the relationship between time perspective and depression in alcohol dependent patients.Results A total of 127 patients in 239 alcohol-dependent patients were depressed,and the incidence of depression was 53.1%.The scores of depression patients with alcohol dependence in each dimension of time insight"past positive,past negative,present fatalistic,present impulse and future"were higher than those of non-depression patients[(25.7±3.3)score vs.(15.4±2.7)score,(28.9±3.5)score vs.(17.4±2.5)score,(13.2±1.6)score vs.(9.0±1.3)score,(17.2±2.6)score vs.(11.1±2.1)score,(22.2±3.6)score vs.(18.1±3.2)score],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Depression was positively correlated with"present fatalistic"(r=0.636,P<0.05)and"present impulse"(r=0.654,P<0.05),and was negatively correlated with"past positive"(r=-0.600,P<0.05)and"future"(r=-0.620,P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that patients who consumed alcohol for longer periods(>10 years)were more likely to be depressed(OR=1.689,95%CI:1.063-2.879,P<0.001).Conclusions Medical staff should pay attention to the relationship between time perspection and depression in patients with alcohol dependence,and timely carry out psychological and drug intervention to relieve their psychological burden and reduce the possibility of alcohol addiction.
