心脏外科术后肠功能恢复情况对ICU住院时间的影响

The influence of bowel function on the length of stay in ICU after cardiac surgery and its correlation study

目的分析心脏外科术后肠功能恢复情况对ICU住院时间的影响极其相关性。方法选择2019年10月至2021年10月ICU心脏外科住院患者50例,收集患者临床资料,根据ICU住院时间>10 d、≤10 d分组,将≤10 d的40例患者作为对比组,>10 d的10例患者作为观察组,Logistic回归分析ICU住院时间>10d的危险因素,Pearson分析肠功能恢复指标与ICU住院天数的相关性。结果Logistic回归分析糖尿病、腹胀程度、大量使用抗生素、麻醉药物残留、恢复肠鸣音时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间是导致心脏外科手术患者ICU住院时间>10 d危险因素(P<0.05)。Pearson分析恢复肠鸣音时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间与ICU住院天数呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论ICU心脏外科手术患者术后住院时间延长与糖尿病、腹胀程度、大量使用抗生素、麻醉药物残留、恢复肠鸣音时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间有着极为密切的联系,肠功能恢复情况与住院时间存在一定的相关性。

Objective To analyze the influence of bowel function after cardiac surgery on the length of stay in ICU and its correlation.Methods A total of 50 patients in the ICU cardiac surgery from October 2019 to October 2021 were enrolled.According to the length of stay in ICU,40 patients with≤10d of length of stay in ICU were enrolled in control group,and 10 with>10d of length of stay in ICU were enrolled in observation group.Logistic regression analysis was performed to identify risk factors for longer than 10 days of length of stay in ICU.Pearson correlation test was conducted to identify the correlation between intestinal function recovery indicators and length of stay in ICU.Results Diabetes,abdominal distension,excessive use of antibiotics,residual anesthetics,time to recover bowel sounds,time to first exhaust,time to first defecation were the risk factors for longer than 10 days of length of stay in ICU(P<0.05).The time to recover bowel sounds,the time to first exhaust,and the time to first defecation were positively correlated with the length of stay in ICU(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative length of stay of patients undergoing cardiac surgery in ICU is closely related to diabetes,abdominal distension,excessive use of antibiotics,residual anesthetics,time to restore bowel sounds,time to first exhaust,and time to first defecation.Recovery of bowel function is correlated with the length of stay in ICU.
