自拟培元解毒通络汤治疗原发性肝癌TACE术后栓塞综合征的效果

Self-made Peiyuan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction on primary liver cancer with post-embolization syndrome after transarterial chemoembolization and its influence on liver function

目的探究自拟培元解毒通络汤治疗原发性肝癌肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)术后栓塞综合征的效果及对患者肝功能的影响。方法选择2019年9月至2021年10月行肝癌TACE术后综合征住院患者92例作为观察对象,将其按数表法随机分为对照组和试验组,每组46例。对照组采用常规对症支持治疗,试验组采用常规对症支持治疗联合培元解毒通络汤治疗,对2组的临床疗效、症状干扰情况、生活质量及肝功能进行比较。结果治疗后,试验组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组M.D.Anderson症状调查量表(MDASI)中的症状干扰程度和生活妨碍程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肿瘤生活质量表中文版(QLQ-C30)中各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组各项肝功能指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟培元解毒通络汤治疗原发性肝癌TACE术后栓塞综合征具有良好疗效,可改善患者的症状干扰情况、生活质量及肝功能。

Objective To explore the effect of self-made Peiyuan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of primary liver cancer with post-embolization syndrome(PES)after transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)and its influence on liver function.Methods A total of 92 liver cancer inpatients with PES after TACE from September 2019 to October 2021 in the Oncology Department of Tangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomized 1∶1 to receive conventional treatment(the control group)or Peiyuan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction+conventional treatment(the test group).Clinical efficacy,symptom distress,quality of life and liver function between groups were included as comparisons.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptom distress and life disturbance in the M.D.Anderson Symptom Survey Scale(MDASI)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions in the Chinese version of the Tumor Quality of Life Scale(QLQ-C30)in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Liver function indexes in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Peiyuan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction has a good effect on PES after TACE of primary liver cancer,which can improve the symptom troubles,quality of life and liver function.
