脑损伤生物标志物的研究进展

Research progres on biomarkers of traumatic brain injury

临床常见脑损伤患者,面对各种原因导致的脑损伤,积极地诊断、治疗、预后判断对于临床工作非常重要,目前有影像学等手段供临床医生选择,但其具有一定的局限性。体液生物标志物也是一种十分重要的临床诊疗方法,并且不同的生物标志物还有其各自的特点,因此受到广大科研人员和临床医生的重视,本文旨在总结目前脑损伤后的生物标志物的研究进展,用来帮助临床诊断,预测病情预后,指导治疗。

For patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI)caused by various reasons,positive diagnosis&treatment,prognosis judgment are very important for clinical.At present,there are imaging and other methods for clinicians to choose,but these have certain limitations.Fluid biomarker is a kind of very important method for clinical diagnosis&treatment,and different biomarkers represent their respective characteristics.Therefore,it has attracted great importance of researchers and clinicians.The purpose of this paper is to summarize biomarker of TBI in current research,aiming to help for clinical diagnosis,disease prognosis,and guiding therapy.
