“中医药文化走出去”背景下中医药院校来华留学教育发展现状、问题与对策研究

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Education Development of TCM Colleges and Universities in China under the Background of"TCM Culture Going Abroad"

随着中外交往的不断加强,我国中医药文化已经逐渐被世界认可和接受。但是,中医药文化作为中国传统文化的重要组成部分具有鲜明的特征,中医药相关专业也具有一定的特殊性,这在一定程度上制约了院校规模和来华留学教育发展。近年来中医药来华留学生规模迅速增长,但仍面临着国际化进程缓慢、招生环节受阻、管理制度不完善、后勤工作待提高等问题。各大中医药高等院校必须认清中医药来华留学教育的发展现状,找出现存问题和制约教育发展的瓶颈,建立高水平留学生培养机制,不断提高中医药院校留学生教育的层次和质量,培养出更多中医药国际化人才。

With the continuous opening of Chinese and foreign exchanges,TCM culture has been gradually recognized and accepted in the world.However,as an important part of Chinese traditional culture,TCM culture has distinct characteristics,and TCM-related majors also have certain particularities,which to some extent restrict the scale of colleges and the development of education for overseas students in China.In recent years,the number of TCM overseas students in China has increased rapidly,but there are still some problems,such as slow internationalization process,unsmooth recruitment process,imperfect management system,and logistics work to be improved.TCM colleges and universities should recognize the present situation of education for TCM overseas students,find out the problems and bottlenecks restricting the development of education,establish cultivation mechanism for high level students,improve the education level and quality of TCM overseas students,and cultivate more internationalized TCM talents.
