“双高计划”背景下高职院校学生就业管理现状及对策

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational College Students'Employment Management under the Background of"Double High-levels Plan"

21世纪是人才主导发展的时代,但基于高职待就业学生的视角分析,受到就业方向、薪酬、就业满意度等因素的影响,现有高职院校学生的就业现状并不乐观,学生需要面对逐年增长的就业压力。为此,本研究中以“双高计划”高职院校要求为标准,以常州工业职业技术学院为例,首先探讨了“双高计划”的内容,随后介绍了“双高计划”下高职院校职业技术人才就业现状,并结合现状分享了几项利于提升学生就业率的对策,希望借此为相关人员提供参考。

The 21st century is an era of talent-led development.However,based on the perspective of students to be employed in higher vocational colleges,the employment situation of current students in higher vocational colleges is not optimistic due to the influence of employment direction,salary,employment satisfaction and other factors,and students need to face the increasing employment pressure year by year.For this reason,this research takes the"Double High-levels Plan"higher vocational colleges as the requirement standard,and Changzhou Vocational Institute of Industry Technology as an example.It first discusses the contents of the Double Highlevels Plan,then points out the employment status of vocational and technical talents in higher vocational colleges under the double high-levels construction,and shares several countermeasures to improve the employment rate of students in combination with the status quo,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
