高职体育课羽毛球教学实效性提升对策

Research on Improving the Effectiveness of Badminton Teaching in Higher Vocational Physical Education

青年是支撑国家发展的重要力量,2020年,国务院在《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校体育工作的意见》中明确指出,要加快推进教育现代化、建设教育强国和体育强国的工作。在高职院校中发展体育教育事业,对助力当代青年全面发展十分重要。但部分高职学生因沉迷网络游戏,严重缺乏运动,身体综合素质较差。本文以高职体育课羽毛球教学为例,分析当前高职体育课羽毛球教学中存在的缺陷和不足,并从多个角度探究提高羽毛球教学实效性的有效对策,希望能利用趣味性较强的羽毛球运动改善当代高职学生的运动习惯,助力当代大学生全面发展。

Youth is an important force supporting national development. In 2020, The State Council clearly pointed out in "the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era" that it is necessary to accelerate the modernization of education and the construction of a strong education and sports country. The development of physical education in higher vocational colleges is very important to help the all-round development of contemporary youth. However, some higher vocational students are addicted to online games, seriously lack of exercise and poor overall physical quality. Taking the badminton teaching of higher vocational physical education class as an example, this paper analyzes the defects and deficiencies in the current badminton teaching of higher vocational physical education class, and analyzes effective countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of badminton teaching from multiple perspectives. It is hoped that the interesting badminton can be used to improve the sports habits of contemporary higher vocational students and help the allround development of contemporary college students.
