云共同体教师学习形成性评估框架与应用 被引量:12

A formative assessment framework of teacher learning in a cloud community and its application

摘要 本文聚焦云共同体教师学习的形成性评估,基于3年辩证研究构建了云共同体教师学习形成性评估框架。该框架由确立评估目标、收集学习证据、解析证据、给予反馈和调整后续行为五要素构成,以评估目标为指引,各要素相互联系、相互作用,合力发挥形成性评估效果。该框架强调,确立评估目标要将目标任务化、任务问题化,收集学习证据要全过程、多渠道,解析证据要全范围、多角度,给予反馈要全方位、多主体、多层次,调整后续行为要全覆盖、多种类。实践证明,云共同体教师学习形成性评估框架具有可操作性和可行性。 This paper reports on an exploratory study on how to make formative assessment of teacher learning in a cloud community.After three years of dialectical research,a theoretical framework of assessing teacher learning in the cloud community has been developed.The framework includes five elements,i.e.“specifying goals”,“collecting learning evidence”,“interpreting evidence”,“providing feedback”and“adjusting follow-up behaviors”.With the goals of assessment as a guide,the elements within the framework are connected and interactive with one another,which produces positive effects on formative assessment in the cloud community.The framework emphasizes transforming goals into tasks and tasks into questions,eliciting learning evidence by all means through the whole learning process,interpreting all the collected evidence from both teaching and learning perspectives,providing comprehensive feedback covering cognitive,emotional and interpersonal aspects from facilitators and teacher-learners,and making a full range of adjustments to follow-up behaviors.It has been proved that the framework is of fairly high feasibility and operationality.
