云共同体中个体认知连接与群体认知连接互动的辩证研究 被引量:4

Interaction between individual and collective cognitive interconnectedness in a cloud community:A dialectical research paradigm

摘要 “云连接论”区分了个体认知连接与群体认知连接,但两者如何互动推进认知连接发展有待探究。本文采用辩证研究范式,基于云共同体3年实践提炼两者的“互动式推进”模式:(1)“问题”是两种认知连接发生互动的中介;(2)个体认知连接与群体认知连接存在交互作用,前者作用于后者体现为“群体性建构”,后者作用于前者体现为“拔高式拉平”;(3)分层研讨助力“分层建构”和“分层拔高”,促进两种认知连接在团队、分组和大班层级互动式推进。模式应用的反思诠释表明分层研讨是促进两种认知连接互动的有效机制,“异质性”和“专业性”是两种认知连接充分互动的前提,上下结合的问题生成模式为两种认知连接互动提供动力。 The Cloud Interconnectedness Theory has proposed classification of individual and collective cognitive interconnectedness,but how the two subtypes interact to foster the cognitive development among all teacher-learners remains underexplored.Adopting the dialectical research paradigm,this paper puts forward an Interactive Progression Model(IPM)based on the three-year cloud community practice.Firstly,the interaction between individual and collective cognitive interconnectedness is mediated by the problem chain.Secondly,the interaction mechanism can be summarized as the collective construction of understanding when individuals discuss questions in a group and the elevation of understanding when the individual cognition is aligned with the collective cognition.Thirdly,the stratified discussion drives the construction and elevation of understanding from the team level,to the group level,till the whole community level,continuously pushing the interaction between the two types of interconnectedness to go further and deeper.The IPM application proves that for the interaction between individual and collective cognitive interconnectedness,the stratified discussion serves as an effective mechanism,diversity and professionalism of points of view at different levels of stratified discussion are the preconditions,and problems from both“top-down”and“bottom-up”provide driving force.
