摘要
本研究采用多案例研究方法探讨云共同体西部高校外语教师身份认同的转变类型。研究发现,云共同体对专家教师、熟手教师和新手教师的身份认同转变产生了不同影响,呈现出3种转变类型:从无信心的团队负责人到有底气的教师领导者、从无方向的教书匠到有目标的教学研究者、从无经验的教师到有成就感的教学胜任者。研究进而从教师和云共同体视角分析了身份认同转变的原因,以期为虚拟教研室建设提供借鉴。
This multiple case study explores the identity shift types of university foreign language teachers from Western China in a cloud community.The findings indicate that expert teachers,veteran teachers and novice teachers exhibit three different types of identity shift,namely from unconfident persons in charge to confident lead teachers,from driftless teaching staff to purposeful teacher researchers,and from inexperienced novice teachers to competent teachers with sense of accomplishment.Based on the findings,the reasons behind the identity shifts are uncovered from the perspectives of teachers and the cloud community,aiming to provide implications for developing virtual communities of teaching and research.
