膝关节镜配合风湿康冲剂治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果

Therapeutic Effect of Knee Arthroscopy Combined withFengshikang Granules on Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨膝关节镜清理术配合风湿康冲剂治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取76例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组38例。对照组行膝关节镜清理术治疗,试验组在对照组基础上配合口服风湿康冲剂治疗,以1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程,每个疗程之间间隔至少1个月。比较2组患者治疗前、术后6个月和1年金属基质蛋白酶13(MMP-13)、白介素1(IL-1)、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)等炎性因子的表达水平,术后1年临床综合疗效,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前2组MMP-13、IL-1和TGF-β水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月和1年试验组MMP-13和IL-1水平低于对照组,TGF-β高于对照组(均P<0.05)。术后1年试验组临床综合疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组均未观察到不良反应。结论膝关节镜清理术配合风湿康冲剂治疗膝骨性关节炎可改善患者炎性因子水平,提高临床综合疗效,安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of knee arthroscopic debridement combined with Fengshikang granules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 76 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly treated with arthroscopic debridement alone(control group,38 patients)or in combination with Fengshikang granules(experimental group,38 patients).The treatment lasted for 3 courses with 1 month as a treatment course and at least 1 month as an interval between each course.The levels of inflammatory factors metalloproteinase-13(MMP-13),interleukin-1(IL-1)and transforming growth factorβ(TGF-β)were measured before treatment and 6 months and 1 year after treatment.In addition,comprehensive clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of MMP-13,IL-1 and TGF-βbetween the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).At 6 months and 1 year after treatment,the levels of MMP-13 and IL-1 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while TGF-βlevel in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 year after treatment,the comprehensive clinical efficacy in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Knee arthroscopic debridement combined with Fengshikang granules can safely improve the levels of inflammatory factors and enhance the comprehensive clinical efficacy in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
