Psychological Symptoms and Nursing Interventionsfor Family Members of ICU Patients

重症监护病房是一个复杂且充满压力的地方。患者入住ICU治疗期间及转出后都需家属的悉心照料,易导致家属出现生理和心理上的不适,即重症监护后综合征。然而,医护人员大多只关注患者的身心状况,却忽略了患者家属的心理需求。从ICU患者家属的心理症状表现、影响因素以及干预方法3个角度出发,文章对国内外关于ICU患者家属的心理症状的研究做一综述。

The intensive care unit(ICU)is a complex and highly stressful environment.Due to the need for family caregivers during the ICU admission and after transfer,there is a risk of physiological and psychological distress in family members,known as post-intensive care syndrome-family(PICS-F).However,healthcare professionals often focus primarily on the physical and mental well-being of the patients,neglecting the psychological needs of their family members.In order to accurately describe the manifestations of psychological symptoms,influencing factors,and improvement methods,this paper provides a comprehensive review of domestic and international research on the psychological symptoms of ICU family members.
