改良蕈样膀胱插管技术在家兔尿生成实验中的应用

摘要 目的应用改良蕈样膀胱插管技术进行家兔尿生成实验,探讨改良蕈样膀胱插管技术的导尿效果。方法随机抽取10组学生完成家兔改良蕈样膀胱插管,观察静脉注射50%葡萄糖、0.1%呋塞米和0.01%去甲肾上腺素溶液前后家兔尿量的变化。结果应用改良蕈样膀胱插管技术的家兔导尿尿滴数为(55±16)滴/分,静脉注射50%葡萄糖溶液[(85±17)滴/分]和0.1%呋塞米溶液[(135±22)滴/分]后增加尿量,静脉注射0.01%去甲肾上腺素溶液[(65±20)滴/分]后尿量减少(P<0.01)。结论改良蕈样膀胱插管技术导尿效果显著,葡萄糖和呋塞米具有明显的利尿作用,而去甲肾上腺素具有抑制尿生成的效果。 Objective The improved fungoid bladder catheterize technique was used to conduct uropoiesis experiment in rabbits and to explore the catheterization effect of improved fungoid bladder catheterize technique.Methods Ten groups of students were randomly selected to complete the improved fungoid bladder catheterize in rabbits.The changes of rabbit urine volume before and after intravenous injection of 50% glucose,0.1% furosemide,and 0.01% norepinephrine solution were observed.Results The number of catheterized urine drops in rabbits using the improved fungoid bladder catheterize technique was(55±16)drops per minute.The volume of urine was increased after intravenous injection of 50% glucose solution[(85±17)drops per minute]and 0.1% furosemide solution[(135±22)drops per minute](P<0.01).The volume of urine was decreased after intravenous injection of 0.01% norepinephrine solution[(65±20)drops per minute](P<0.01).Conclusion The improved fungoid bladder catheterize technique has a significant catheterization effect,glucose and furosemide have significant diuretic effect,while norepinephrine has an inhibitory effect on uropoiesis.
