某三甲医院2011—2020年住院患儿疾病谱分析

Analysis of Disease Spectrum of Hospitalized Children in a Tertiary Hospital from 2011 to 2020

目的分析2011—2020年住院患儿疾病谱和医疗费用,为合理配置医疗资源提供参考依据。方法收集2011—2020年全院14岁及以下住院患儿病案首页资料,疾病分类采用ICD-10,应用SPSS 26.0进行资料整理和分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果住院患儿例数男孩大于女孩;学龄期患儿例数最多;患儿病种排首位的是J00-J99;患儿例数平均增长速度为2.74%,治愈好转率整体呈上升趋势、病死率整体呈下降趋势;病种P00-P96、Q00-Q99、S00-T98人均医疗费用消耗较高,整体呈上升趋势,平均增长速度为4.61%。结论病种J00-J99、Z00-Z99、S00-T99、K00-K93、P00-P96我们应重点关注,2011—2020年患儿人均医疗费用整体呈上升趋势。

Objective To analyse the composition of the disease spectrum and medical expenses of hospitalized children,so as to provide scientific basis of the rational allocation to medical resources.Methods Data which from front page of medical records of a certain hospital hospitalized children aged 14 and below were collected and analyzed.The disease classification is based on ICD-10.Results The number of the hospitalized children is greater for boys than for girls;the number of the school-age children cases is the highest;00-J99 ranks first in the category of pediatric diseases;the average growth rate of the number of pediatric cases is 2.74%;the overall cure and improvement rate is increasing,while the case fatality rate tends to decrease.Disease types P00-P96,Q00-Q99,S00-T98 have higher medical expenses consumption per apita and shows a general ascending trend which the average growth rate is 4.61%.Conclusion We should focus on disease types J00-J99、Z00-Z99、S00-T99、K00-K93、P00-P96;The medical expenses consumption per apita for children presented an increasing tendency from 2011 to 2020.
