摘要
目的研究参加招飞选拔的男高中生脑电图(electroencephalogram,EEG)特征,为优化脑电招飞选拔标准提供生理依据。方法抽选2019—2021年间参加歼击机飞行员招飞选拔的应届男高中生13461人,年龄18~20岁,分析正常、可疑异常和异常EEG参数特征在参选学生中所占比例。结果清醒闭目条件下,EEG标准特征参数在正常、可疑异常、异常组所占比例:①EEG基本优势节律(8~12 Hz):正常77.04%,可疑异常19.02%,异常3.94%。②α波幅差:左右额区占比,正常70.09%,可疑异常26.52%,异常3.39%;左右中央(顶)区占比:正常36.77%,可疑异常58.19%,异常5.04%;左右枕区占比:正常21.71%,可疑异常73.43%,异常4.86%。③枕区高波幅:左右枕区占比,正常15.44%,可疑异常65.69%,异常18.87%。④6 Hz节律:左右枕区占比,正常14.06%,可疑异常83.38%,异常2.56%。⑤过度呼吸诱发占比:正常32.98%,可疑异常65.18%,异常1.84%。⑥间断闪光诱发占比:正常47.7%,可疑异常51.43%,异常0.87%。结论2019—2021年参加招飞选拔男高中生的EEG异常率较低,符合历年招飞选拔规律。可疑异常率较高提示EEG选拔标准有待进一步精准量化,以提高整体选拔效果。
Objective To identify the characteristics of electroencephalograms(EEGs)during selection of fighter pilots and to provide physiological data for optimization of selection standards for EEGs.Methods A total of 13461 male high school students ages 18 to 20 who had participated in the recruitment of fighter pilots between 2019 and 2021 were selected.The proportions of normal,likely abnormal and abnormal EEG parameters of the candidates were analyzed.Results The proportions of standard characteristic parameters of EEGs in the normal group,likely abnormal group and abnormal group were as follows:①The basic dominant rhythm of EEGs(8-12 Hz)was 77.04%in the normal group,19.02%in the likely abnormal group and3.94%in the abnormal group.②The percentage ofαamplitude difference in the frontal area was 70.09%in the normal group,26.52%in the likely abnormal group and 3.39%in the abnormal group,compared with 36.77%,58.19%and 5.04%in left and right central(top)areas,and 21.71%,73.43%and 4.86%in the left and right occipital area.③The proportion of high amplitude was 15.44%,65.69%and 18.87%respectively in the right and left occipital regions.④The 6 Hz rhythm in right and left occipital areas was normal in 14.06%of the normal cases,83.38%of likely abnormal cases,and 2.56%of abnormal cases.⑤The proportion of hyperventilation induction was normal in 32.98%of the normal cases,65.18%of the likely normal cases,and 1.84%of the abnormal cases.⑥The proportion of induced intermittent flash was 47.7%,51.43%and 0.87%respectively in the three groups.Conclusion The EEG abnormality rate of male high school students participating in the recruitment process from 2019 to 2021.The abnormal rate of EEGs is low,as has been the case with recruitment over the years.The high rate of suspicious abnormalities suggests that the EEG selection standards need to be quantified more accurately to improve the overall effect of selection.
