摘要
高校基层行政管理人员是高校教学科研工作的后勤服务与保障力量,他们的岗位胜任力对高校的整体管理水平有一定影响。当前高校基层行政管理人员岗位胜任力不足主要表现在业务能力有待提高、职业素养和创新意识有待提升、队伍稳定性有待加强等方面,为实现“三全育人”目标,可以从行政管理人员自身和高校管理层面出发,双轨并进共同探索提升高校基层行政管理人员岗位胜任力的路径与策略。
The primary-level administrative staff are the logistic support force of teaching and research in colleges and universities.Their competency has a certain impact on the overall management level of colleges and universities.At present,the lack of competency of primary-level administrative staff in colleges and universities is mainly manifested in the following aspects:the need of improving professional ability,the professionalism and innovation consciousness,and the team stability,etc.This paper suggests to achieve the the goal of“Three Complete Education”through exploring the path of improving the competency of administrative staff from both the management of colleges and universities and the staff themselves.
