职业本科教育办学实践的意蕴解析与行动策略 被引量:4

摘要 稳步发展职业本科教育已成为我国的鲜明导向。国内外经验表明,职业本科教育办学实践蕴含着适应性与实践性的定位要求,处于高等性与本科性的发展层级之中,呈现出职业性与技术性的表现特征。基于产业经济发展要求、职业教育高移需求以及个体成长成才诉求的实践逻辑,我国正着力构建具有多重功能作用和多样化特性表征的职业本科教育办学实践结构样态,并在办学主体、制度环境与保障体系等方面形成复杂多变的运行机制。面向未来,相关部门要从锚定办学定位、重视办学主体、夯实办学条件、开放办学形式以及完善办学机制等五个方面着手,助推职业本科教育办学改革落实落深。 The steady development of vocational undergraduate education has become the apparent direction of China.Experience at home and abroad shows that the practice of vocational undergraduate education contains the positioning requirements of adaptability and practicality.The development level of advanced undergraduate education presents professionalism and technology characteristics.Based on the needs of industrial economic development,the demand for high-level transfer of vocational education,and the practical logic of individual growth and success demands,China is focusing on building a suitable structure of vocational undergraduate education with multiple functions and diverse characteristics.A complex and changeable operating mechanism has been formed regarding security systems and other aspects.To meet the demands of the future,it is necessary to adopt the following five elements:anchoring the orientation of running schools,emphasizing the main body of running schools,consolidating the conditions for running schools,opening up the forms of running schools,and improving the mechanism of running schools to promote the implementation of vocational undergraduate education reforms.
