鉴往知来,学史崇德。中国共产党的百年奋斗历史是党员干部立政德的教科书、清醒剂和营养剂。立政德讲政德是中国共产党始终高度重视的问题。立政德就是明大德、守公德、严私德。大德是方向,是原则,是国家之德、执政党之德;公德是立场,是理念,是初心和使命,是宗旨之德;私德是修养,是个人道德操守和道德修养的综合体现,是共产党人安身立命之本、执政兴国之要。立政德就要坚守共产主义信仰,坚持党性原则;就要坚持全心全意为人民服务的宗旨;就要持续提升自身的道德修养,保持气节节操。学党史立政德需要坚持马克思主义立场、持之以恒地锤炼党性以明大德;需要坚持全心全意为人民服务宗旨和立党为公、执政为民的理念以守公德;需要强化自身道德修养、坚守共产党人的气节节操以严私德。

Foresee the future by reviewing the past,and advocate morality by learning history.One hundred years of struggle of the Communist Party of China is a textbook and sober agent and nutrition agent of establishing political virtue of party cadres.Establishing and pursuing political virtue is an always great issue attached by the CPC.The great merits are the direction and principle,and the ethics of nation and the ruling party.The public morality is a position and an idea,is an original aspiration,and is the ethics of fundamental purpose.The private morality is a personal cultivation,which comprehensively reflects one person s ethics conduct and cultivation,and is the basic of one person’s survival and development and the top priority in governing and rejuvenating the country.Establishing political virtue must uphold the communism ideals and preserve moral integrity.Studying the history of the CPC to establish political virtue must uphold the belief in communism and the principle of the Party spirit,always preserve purpose of wholeheartedly serving the people,and strengthen self-moral cultivation and stick to the moral integrity of the communists to obey private morality.
