煤间接液化F-T合成装置危险性分析及安全管控措施

摘要 煤间接液化F-T合成装置的工艺反应速度快、放热量大、反应中间产物不稳定,大部分原料、产品属于易燃易爆物料,具有较高的危险性,发生事故后危害性大。减少安全事故,降低事故危害程度,保证装置“安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷、优质”的运行,保障员工生命和财产安全,已成为企业工作的重点。以国内某企业一套煤间接液化F-T合成装置为例,对其生产过程中可能存在的危险有害因素、危险性进行分析,并从4个安全管理方面提出预防和控制危险性的措施及建议,以保障装置安全稳定运行。 The process of coal indirect liquefaction Fischer-Tropsch(F-T)synthesis device has fast reaction speed,large heat release,unstable reaction intermediates,and most of the raw materials and products are flammable and explosive materials,which have high danger and great harm after accidents.Reducing safety accidents,reducing the degree of accident hazards,ensuring the"safe,stable,long-term,full-load,high-quality"operation of the device,and ensuring the safety of employees'lives and property have become the focus of enterprise work.Taking a set of coal indirect liquefaction F-T synthesis plant of a domestic enterprise as an example,the possible dangerous and harmful factors and dangers in the production process are analyzed,and measures and suggestions for preventing and controlling risks are put forward from four safety management aspects to ensure the safe and stable operation of the device.
