摘要
建立了一种土壤中2-巯基噻唑啉的前处理和仪器定量方法。样品经加速溶剂萃取后,先进行液相色谱分离,然后用二极管列阵检测器分析定量。选择乙腈与丙酮体积比为1:1的混合溶剂为加速溶剂萃取的溶剂,在萃取温度为50℃、萃取压力为14 MPa时提取效率最高。在实际样品中,2-巯基噻唑啉加标回收率在77.4%~83.6%之间,相对标准偏差为2.9%~4.6%,最低检出限为2.0μg/kg,准确度和精密度较高,适用于土壤样品中2-巯基噻唑啉的检测。
A pretreatment and instrumental quantification method for 2-mercaptothiazoline in soil was established,and the samples were first separated by liquid chromatography after accelerated solvent extraction,and then analyzed and quantified by diode array detector.The mixed solvent with a volume ratio of acetonitrile to acetone of 1:1 was selected as the solvent to accelerate solvent extraction,and the extraction efficiency was the highest when the extraction temperature was 50℃and the extraction pressure was 14 MPa.In the actual sample,the recovery rate of 2-mercaptothiazoline spiked was between 77.4%~83.6%,the relative standard deviation was 2.9%~4.6%,and the minimum detection limit was 2.0μg/kg,which was suitable for the detection of 2-mercaptothiazoline in soil samples..
