摘要
安全管理是项目管理的重中之重,要做好项目的安全管理,需要将安全管理融入到项目管理的各个环节中,依据各环节不同的工作内容,植入各自的安全管理要求与细节,明确安全责任和义务,细化安全考核条款和经济考核金额,让承包商主动承担安全负责,让安全管理成为项目管理习惯的一部分,从而夯实项目管理的安全基石。
Safety management is the top priority of project management.To do a good job in project safety management,it is necessary to integrate safety management into all stages of project management,and according to the different contents at each engineering stage,implant rational safety management requirements and details in project management by clarifying safety responsibilities and obligations and refining safety assessment terms and economic assessment amounts,so that contractors would be initiative to take responsibility for safety and enable safety management to be a habit in project management,and thus consolidating the safety cornerstone of project management.
