基于CFD模拟的蒸发器动态结霜研究进展

摘要 在低温高湿工况下,蒸发器容易结霜,其换热效率大幅度降低。为进一步优化蒸发器换热性能,通过文献分析综述了蒸发器结霜及CFD模拟动态结霜的研究进展。介绍了结霜机理、结霜影响因素与结霜对系统影响,同时还对数值模拟结霜过程进行总结。通过Fluent模拟动态结霜的广泛应用,为Fluent动态结霜模拟指出潜在的研究方向。 Under low temperature and high humidity conditions,the evaporator is easy to frost,and its heat transfer efficiency is greatly reduced.In order to further optimize the heat transfer performance of evaporator,this paper reviews the research progress of evaporator frost and CFD simulation of dynamic frost.The frosting mechanism,influencing factors and influence of frosting are introduced,and the numerical simulation of frosting process is also summarized.Through the extensive application of Fluent to simulate dynamic frosting,the potential research direction of Fluent dynamic frosting simulation is pointed out.
