摘要
使用乙醇对覆盆子进行了提取,乙酸乙酯萃取后,得到覆盆子水层提取物(样品号:ZS29)55.4 g,收率13.85%,多糖含量17.67%。使用得到的覆盆子水层提取物对角质形成细胞迁移、角蛋白K1和兜甲蛋白(LOR)表达进行了研究,结果表明,覆盆子水层提取物对角质形成细胞迁移没有明显促进作用,但对K1和LOR的基因表达有显著促进作用。覆盆子水层提取物可通过提升LOR、K1基因的表达量,促进细胞代谢,达到修护皮肤屏障功效。
Rubus chingii is extracted by ethanol and ethyl acetate.The aqueous layer extract of Rubus chingii(Sample no.ZS29)was 55.4g,with a yield of 13.85%,polysaccharide content of 17.67%.Studies on cell migration,keratin 1(K1)and loricrin(LOR)expression using Rubus chingii extract showed that,Rubus chingii extract did not significantly promote cell migration,but significantly promoted gene expression of K1 and LOR.Rubus chingii extract can improve the expression of LOR and K1 genes,promote cell metabolism,and achieve the effect of repairing skin barrier.
