摘要
对某分液罐入口的大口径火炬气排放管道进行了应力计算,提出了满足分液罐管嘴的应力要求,以及分液罐前管道的优化布置方案。
With the large-scale of the new refinery,the diameter of the flare gas discharge pipe can reach more than DN2000,and the safety and economy of its pipeline design are extremely important.This paper calculates the stress of the large-diameter flare gas discharge pipeline in front of the knockout drum,and puts forward an optimization scheme to meet the stress requirements of the nozzle of the knockout drum and the pipeline optimal layout of the knockout drum.
