微粉筛处理大型排土场粘、细物料试验研究与应用

摘要 在简要介绍我国排土场废石生产建材产品的基础上,分析应用微粉筛处理首钢集团有限公司矿业公司二马排土场废石,特别是在试验原料含泥量在11.53%的条件下,不同原料水分的筛分效果,并进一步对破碎筛分后的建材产品级配情况进行预测,对首钢集团有限公司矿业公司裴庄生态恢复治理项目的设计和生产组织具有一定的指导意义,同时也为微粉筛在国内大型矿山处理排土场废石,特别是高含泥量废石的处理提供了有效的数据支撑。 The production of building material products by using waste rocks from waste dumps in China is briefly introduced,the application of micro powder screen to treat waste rocks from Erma waste dump of Shougang Group Co.mining company,and the screening effect of raw material with different moisture particularly under the condition that the mud content of the test raw material is 11.53%are analyzed,and the gradation collocation of building material products after crushing and screening is predicted.All above is of certain guiding significance for the design and production organization of the Peizhuang ecological restoration and treatment project of Shougang Group Co.mining company,and it also provides effective data support for micro powder screen to treat waste rocks from waste dumps in domestic large mines,especially the waste rocks with high mud content.
